Indoor, outside smoking are are great

I feel scammed!! It had a 8.3 rating on Agoda. Also the pictures were of another hotel. We arrived late and went to bed. The next morning we see how bad it really was. No shower curtain, no closet door was removed and no fire safety placard. Carpet stains, holes in the walls, I could go on and on. I have never seen a Choice Hotel in such bad shape!!

Had to kill a couple of small roaches!!

As a small business owner what makes a great business is the people. No, not everything was perfect, but what matters is that as soon as we mentioned any issues the staff responded without hesitation and with servant’s hearts. Yvonne at the front desk worked her butt off for everyone ( they were mad busy because everyone in the area who lived in an rv or trailer were coming in to try to escape the cross country tornado storm). Her phone was ringing off the hook. She did her best with what she was working with to accommodate everyone she could in a timely manner. They gave us no issues with our service dog for our autistic daughter, and when our floor was dirty in our room my husband went to ask Fred for his mop ( they have a pool so the floors get nasty quick ) he instantly said don’t lift a finger I’ll be right there. He was at our door within a minute and thoroughly mopped our room. Also, when we couldn’t get our remote to work I called the office and within minutes the maintenance man was there with a smile to help us fix it. We will definitely be coming back for another mini staycation! Next time we’ll get the room with a Jacuzzi.
