22.06.17Apart from the front door concealing on the street, this is an A-OK hotel! Nice and approachable staff, spacious room with wondrous interior design!
22.04.05 Cleaning staff is super helpful. Breakfast is pity tho.
22.03.19 The hotel unilaterally cancels the breakfast arrangement. According to the hotel's documents, on the day I made the reservation, the hotel had cancelled the breakfast service, but there was no notice when I made the reservation. Until I arrived at the hotel, I was told that breakfast had been cancelled. There is a "breakfast fee" behind it, and the hotel is completely unreasonable.
22.02.16 No greeting for reception staff. Standing in front of reception, the staff ignore the guest keep typing on the computer until I ask may I check in. How ridiculous….. toilet paper was used which not hygiene during the pandemic.
Good room design but no service and not up to standard hygiene. That’s all.
21.12.21 The floor is really dirty. A piece of wall fell off suddenly. The service quality of female manager is extremely poor which makes me feel soooo regretful to be there
