Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Staff so so friendly and rooms are all gorgeous with amazing view of the ocean. Cleaned every day with new water provided every morning. Honestly wish I stayed in Koh samui longer for it

Absolutely love this place. It’s quiet with no street noise at all, which makes a huge difference. Khun Yee speaks English and truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exactly what you want. The chef prepares excellent, clean Thai food, and the housekeeping staff are incredible—like ninjas. A huge bonus for me was having the sheets changed daily, especially being ocean-side. I loved the staff and the property so much that I booked another week. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved our stay, we stayed at another boutique hotel prior to this and when we came to bay view botique villas it blew us away, the natural beauty and clean water of the surrounding area were as we dreamed (the other places coast line near fisherman’s village had very dirty water which coated us in horrible residue). The staff were so helpful and kind, and helped us to upgrade to a bigger room as our bags were too big to fit in the very small budget rooms. The hotel restaurants food was incredible and affordable. The pool was lovely ( a bit small even for off season) and the sea unfortunately you can’t swim in unless you wade out 400m when the tide is out as it’s very shallow, but close to Lamai beach which is by far the most beautiful beach we saw on samui. All in all loved the hotel and would come back in a flash. Book it!

Nice place. Great views. The room needs some fixing here and there but nothing too major. Very cute boutique resort. Great views and their own little private beach. Breakfast is over priced so I skipped it. The restaurant and bar are a little pricey but the food has been decent. The AC in the unit works well. Could use a new shower head. The one in the unit is getting clogged up. The staff is very nice and the value is pretty good.
