We recently stayed at Ford's Inn and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service left much to be desired – it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the front desk using both the telephone and mobile number provided. On top of that, when we requested a simple glass of water, it was never served. I regret to say that I cannot recommend Ford's Inn to anyone. The lack of basic service and communication made the stay highly disappointing. Frankly, I wouldn't consider staying here again, even if the accommodation were free. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback to heart and makes significant improvements to their facilities and customer service. One positive aspect is the convenient location of the inn. There are good restaurants and other facilities nearby, which was the only saving grace during my stay. I hope that Ford's Inn can learn from these shortcomings and strive for a better experience for its guests in the future.
