THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING A hotel should be able to provide safe and comfortable amenities however what we found upon arrival was anything but! Outside of the room was our first indication something was not right. There had been a fire in the neighboring suite well over a month ago, according to neighbors, yet the burned out car remained as did all the damage to the hotel. Walking around the car we found a stash of syringes and drug paraphernalia, why does this lay out for kids and others to see??? Once we entered the room the stench was absolutely unbearable. The glass patio doors were stained bluish grey from the fire and smoke next door, obviously no attempt to clean anything. The bathroom door was closed and the room had apparently not been cleaned or even aired out for god knows how long. Absolutely disgusting. These people don't care about customer service and they definitely don’t want to work for anything…. Pathetic AND what about AGODA??? I would think a company like this would have some level of standards when promoting a hotel. The only thing I saw AGODA do was nothing, you should be ashamed delivering this type of service. BE WARNED - DO NOT STAY HERE AND MAKE SURE OTHERS HEAR THIS MESSAGE IT'S SO DIRTY AND GROSS

Clean enough, but uncared for

The only thing that I can say is it was cheap, compared to others. I booked at the last minute, so I wasn’t expecting a lot and it gained it to me in spades. The carpet was old and dirty and had what looked like a large blood stain beside one of the beds. The toilet tried to overflow, the window had been left wide open and had no screen so the flies were invited in. The “air conditioner” (loosely used term) was more like a fan. The paint on the walls was cracked. The only good thing I could say was that bed linens looked clean or I would have been gone, money or not!
