24.08.12We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Panus is the most caring, responsive and helpful manager. He always wears a very warm smile whenever we see him. We encountered zero problems checking in and out. He helped with the luggage. Breakfast was amazing! We loved the scrambled eggs, always made perfectly.
The room was so big. Plenty of space. The bathroom was so spacious and has a bathtub. Very clean as well.
No complaints.
I would very much love to book this hotel again and recommend to my friends and family visiting Vienna in the future.
24.06.13 Excellent hospitality was provided by the staff. One of the best places to stay in Vienna. Enormous clean, cozy, and tidy room with an aesthetic interior. Staff were always there 24/7 to help with a big smile. Surprisingly there was a well-equipped hidden kitchen. A large serving of hearty and delicious breakfast was served in the room. Our host was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend it and would stay again during my next visit.
