24.10.01We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Bear Hill Lodge where the bed and pillow is firm and allow us to have a really good night rest. The staffs - a young german/french lady (who work in evening shift) and a male staff (morning shift) are really helpful to provide us alternatives advices on our itinerary and food options during the stay. Also, their toiletries are from Locitanne🥰, another kudos to them. The only problem we have is that there is no microwave in the lodge, which will be usefull for couple traveller like us.

22.07.09Arrived 16-15 pm small dark room no heating.complained twice receptionist said wait heating will work soon.1 hour later still no heating for two old age pensioners. Complained again moved to another room all ok.
Lodge very particular where you park returned day 2 to find lodge truck in our allocated parking spot same receptionist said it’s only taken 5 minuets to move why are you complaining.
The heating is now working in first room as if it was our fault it was not working yesterday.
If you want rude staff and a cold room stop at Bear Hill Lodge.
