26.04.17Was one of the highlight of our trip to Jasper. Great room size for group of 3 adults. We had electric fire place which adds to the ambiance of being in the woods. The lake infront was gorgeous, a photo op stop and can just be a place to relaxe. I loved our stay!
26.03.22 I have older and younger children and they all had a great time. The s’mores, hot chocolate, fire place and hot tub where all facourites!

23.05.23 The staff in front desk was nice. Hotel just beside the lake and I like the room has high ceiling which makes the room bigger. Came here winter time was quiet and less tourists but restaurant closed and we only had very very simple breakfast made us little disappointed.
22.10.15 Only one restaurant on site (this is The Pines Restaurant), suggest making reservation for both dinner and breakfast at the Pines Restaurant at the same time when making a booking for the hotel unless you are ready to drive or call a cab to make a trip elsewhere to eat.
