26.05.22Great location close to metro/tram/bus and main attractions. Direct metro to airport. We didn't get time to use the spa. Clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff.
26.01.06 Great location between vitosha boulevard and lions bridge. Many restaurant around and the markethall is literaaly in front. Serdika metro station is near too. Can use the spa facilities for free thats a bonus point. The elevator is old and didnt function well duting my stay. Room lil bit dark with not many lightings.
25.12.14 Stayed 3 nights would definitely recommend as was clean, staff were nice and easy to communicate with. Also, Sofia as a place is great for a little getaway and there is plenty to do.
25.09.17 Really disappointing stay to say the least. The room was dirty when we arrived with leftover food in the fridge, used towels with makeup stains, and even hair in the bed. We are the kind of guests that would let that go, but worst of all, a bug fell on my face while I was trying to sleep, which was extremely distressing. We only stayed a few hours before speaking with the manager and leaving after being promised a refund. Now they don’t want to refund saying that we should have notified of the dirty place and that is normal that there’s bugs. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
