I use this Hitel few times I stayed 3 nights this time. Very quiet room I stay and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good stay due to the location and view but The reception manner was not good at all. No friendly communication- Failed to greet us properly or smile or talk clearly. It was as if they didn’t care if we stayed or not. Also, Was told to call on the day if wanted to check in early but nobody picked up phone either in the morning.

Good value and nice large rooms. In need of renovations. Everything old and worn out but price is lower to compensate for that

Room was spacious & clean. Conveniently located. Easy parking.

Great location being close to Castlecrag Hospital with cafes in walking distance of motel . They only have breakfast at their restaurant which was very basic for the price .
