Great time at hotel, clean, great staff , charming feel. Great location

very friendly & helpful staff! the rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and beds are comfortable. great option to have the spa available downstairs and to be able to enjoy it privately. not in the heart of palermo but still very walkable to all points of interest in the area

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this hotel, largely because of two truly extraordinary employees: Candela and Glendys. My first night there, I realized I had accidentally left my phone in an Uber—while traveling internationally. To make things even more complicated, my Uber account is based in the United States and the phone was lost in Argentina, which created a host of technical and logistical barriers that made recovery nearly impossible on my own. Without hesitation, Candela and Glendys stepped in and went above and beyond in every possible way. With my permission, they accessed my Uber account, worked tirelessly to identify the ride, attempted multiple ways to contact the driver, and navigated international account issues that were far outside the scope of their job responsibilities. They were working on this day and night, determined to help me, even though there was no obligation for them to do so. I can say with complete certainty that I would never have gotten my phone back without them. Their persistence, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were remarkable. This wasn’t just good customer service—it was human kindness at its best. I hope their managers and leadership team know what an incredible asset they are. Employees like this define a hotel’s reputation far more than amenities ever could. I will forever be grateful for their help and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling here. Thank you again, Candela and Glendys—I will never forget what you did for me.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well located, great neighborhood, lots of restaurants around. We had a very small room (perhaps due to booking through Agoda) but aside from the size of the room, the stay was great. I would really recommand this hotel.
