I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel from 10th Nov to 13 Nov. Despite extending my stay and paying for additional nights, I encountered several issues that made my experience unpleasant.
1. AC Issue: The split AC vent was obstructed by tape, and it wasn’t fixed promptly.
2. Water Bottles: I was provided only two bottles on the first day, and the reception staff informed me it’s the hotel’s policy to not provide water on subsequent days. This is an unusual and unacceptable policy, especially for a paid service.
3. Staff Behavior: The reception staff were rude and dismissive when I raised these concerns. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, no one addressed the issues.
4. Lack of Customer Service: The overall experience felt like the hotel didn’t value its guests.
The only positive aspect was the hotel’s location. I have traveled extensively and never encountered such poor service in a hotel. I shifted to another hotel nearby and received excellent service.
I hope you address these concerns with your staff and review your policies. I expect a response regarding this matter.

25.11.10Spacious room with balcony. 5 mints walk to restaurants, groceries and metro stations.
Cons.
1. Bath shower pressure is very low .
2. Split AC V swing panel was not there. So the AC air was hitting directly to the bed. So I had to switch of AC running after 5 mints
