26.05.24I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Belle Vue Hotel Apartment. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. I especially liked the restaurant — the food was well prepared and the service was good.
The room was also well equipped, with a stovetop, kettle, espresso machine, and microwave, which is very convenient for anyone who wants to prepare something themselves. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay.

25.09.29 I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel on 26th September in Room 613. The telephones in the room and even in the lift landing areas were not working. At around 4:00 AM, when I was feeling dizzy and almost unconscious, I tried to contact reception for water but couldn’t because the phones didn’t work. I went down to the reception myself, and instead of showing any care or sympathy, the staff argued that they had already provided complimentary water bottles and refused to give me more—even when I offered to pay. I was forced to go out to a grocery store at 5:00 AM in my unwell condition just to buy water. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and it shows a complete lack of hospitality and humanity
