I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also amazing with great quality and variety. What impressed me the most was the high standard of facilities at such an affordable rate. Truly great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Highly recommended for those who are looking for a luxurious stay in Abu Dhabi. Really great experience.

Great location renovated rooms

The facilities is well good this is my second time to booked here and I can say this is good hotel I have something issue only on second booking because the acces card in the room is not working so I need to wait someone to open the room for me so its a little bit disturbing for me but over all its good

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Prasidant Hotel. Firstly, I faced an issue with the front office staff, particularly Mr. Charles. I was informed that I could not allow three of my friends to briefly visit my room, even though I had booked the room and there was no clear explanation of this policy. When I requested clarification or to see the written policy, I did not receive a proper response. This situation was handled in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner. Then find out, downstay have night club, so it's not stay with this place for fmaly and Frind and loud music for room, 😵‍💫 Additionally, I had requested a baby bed, but this was not provided despite my request. I am also concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. There were cockroaches in the room, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Finally, the breakfast quality did not meet expectations. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality. I kindly request that you look into these issues and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
