Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean and we even found cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable. The doorknob was dirty and nasty, and the towels were old and worn out. The air conditioner was very noisy, and there was also a lot of noise from outside, making it difficult to sleep. The service was poor and staff were not helpful when we raised concerns. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards for cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.
