This hotel offers excellent value for money with great amenities and a very comfortable stay overall. The highlight of my experience was the staff — incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference. The location is extremely convenient, being close to the city center, and the bus stand right in front of the hotel made getting around effortless. Public transport runs frequently, which was a huge plus. On top of that, the hotel provided free mobility tickets for the entire stay, making travel around the city even easier and more economical. With excellent service, supportive staff, unbeatable transport access, and thoughtful extras like free mobility tickets, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to unwind. Transport options were convenient, with the bus right outside the hotel. The hotel is a little far from the city centre and train station, though. WI-Fi was just about ok and not great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable experience.

Affordable for group travelers in quadruple room. Location is outside city but bus stop is right outside the hotel, so public transport to city is convenient.

We had a small room but it was sufficient for us. It is good that the hotel has a private parking with enough spaces but it is paid (8€/night). Bus stop right in front of the hotel (free public transportation for hotel guests in Salzburg), bars and restaurants (pizza) nearby. Staff was friendly, we didn't hear our neighbours. The hotel provides small single-use toiletries (not very eco-friendly). The price was higher than average in Austria but ok for Salzburg.

Excellent little hotel, close to very easy and reliable bus services that go straight to the centre. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. In short everything you want from a hotel.
