25.11.24My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. They publicly state that the reception works until 11 PM, but when I arrived at 10 PM the reception was already closed with absolutely no information about who to contact or how to check in. I had to search the internet on my own to find a phone number.
When someone finally answered, it was with a sleepy and unprofessional tone. I was told that I first needed to pay the city tax before they would send me the code for the room key – something they never mentioned anywhere beforehand. The communication and organization were simply terrible.
Once I got into the room, things did not get any better. There was no handwash soap, the mattress was completely worn out and uncomfortable, and overall the room looked neglected. It was obvious that the hotel has no control over basic standards and no proper guest service.
I would only recommend this hotel as a last, desperate option. Very poor experience and not worth the stress.
22.08.291) no check in after 11pm and reception door is closed so i had to wait in the street till 2pm next day to check in.

3) no kettle, no water glasses, no clothes hangers, no hairdryer, no fridge, etc.
4) Room was not very clean.
5) room service is so bad, every day the room was unlocked on return (cleaning lady) and no towels are changed while cleaning.
6) hotel location is far from the center and the public transportation.
7) The Hotel room was very hot and no air conditioning .
8) No safe box or mini bar.
9) the wifi connection is not stable.
10) We signed for king size bed but we got bed with two mattresses on one bed.
11) No facility to make a hot drink, not even a glass in the room to get a drink of water
12) the walls are thin so we could hear People in next room talking. It was difficult to sleep.
