26.05.31 Hotel dont provide hand towels . Only 2 bath towels provided .
All hotel shoukd have hand towels to wipe hands after washing .

26.05.31 Been here for a company dinner, recept allowed me to check in early as i have to drop off my kids, n also for late check out so that i can pick my kids up after work.
location was convenient.. room size is big enough, bathroom with bathtub.
breakfast with variety of choices.
spacious parking area.
anyway not my 1st time here, always been my priority to stay due to the coziness.
26.05.30 I can understand the direction to go green. However removing bottle water and replacing with tumbler is not a good idea.
Can you imagine that when i enter the room lookong for water, the solution is for me to boil my own water wait for an hour for it to cool then can i start drinking.
Will you enjoy this experience?
Really no alternative such as using glass bottles or even tera packs?
This hotel once take pride with 5 star toilet rating. However the lobby toilet has degrade significantly. Do review the maintenace of it.
Really upset with the entire experience.
