Twice I had stayed at the hotel. First time during check-ins took more than 30 minutes (ok maybe first time it does took some time). Went in and stayed there for 2nd time, this time it took more than an hour, not only me but the entire guest went furious. And it was only one lady at the counter, the rest was inside the office, doing god knows what.
