26.09.14 Stayed to treat my partner birthday, but not impress of the cold pool, no little birthday treat unlike other 5 star hotels that we stayed, just fine nothing really exciting about the hotel compared to other hotels you paid cheaper.
26.09.09 Your staff is very bad! Doesn’t acknowledge your guest, assuming everyone is going for the crown tower shopping or casino instead of staying in your place. And your valet service, those guys just don’t know how to explain and help. Terrible service!
26.09.01 We stayed 2 nights for the night of our wedding , didn’t even get any welcome in our room after putting it in the notes that it was our wedding night. 1 bottle of water for 2 of us that wasn’t even refilled for night 2. Complex is great but would never recommend the hotel
26.08.30 From 26 years ago from our wedding night we returned to Crown Towers. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service.The option to upgrade our booking was fantastic and absolutely beautiful. The Conservatory for breakfast was amazing. The freshness and array of food was sensational. We hope to be back again very soon. xx
