26.01.10Overpriced and disappointing. The room was damaged, cramped, poorly maintained, and had bugs and cockroaches. Staff service was also bad and unfriendly. Definitely not worth the price. Don't recommend at all.

26.04.15Possibly the worst place I've ever been to and I've stayed in some crapholes in regional/remote areas. Basic cleanliness was not met, bottle tops on one side of the bed, cockroach baits on the floor, animal droppings/bed bugs when the sheet were pulled back, bits of rubbish on window sill, fridge switched off and smelly, mould covering the entire bathroom (serious health hazard), what looked to be faeces smeared on the bathroom door, spent 20mins in the room & booked another accommodation for 2 nights, person at desk seemed remorseful, were expecting a refund however am yet to see anything. Incredibly disappointing for my first experience in Alice Springs.
