The property is great for anyone looking to live close to the beach. There are good restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the property. I feel the price is higher for the quality of the room (in an old building) though.

in the hart of Takapuna and not fare from the motorway should you wish to swish off to the cbd. Walk to beach and eateries. Suite was well equipped with a kitchen, tea and coffee making facilities, little sitting room and twin beds with ensuite. great views from the balcony

Facilities closed and the building feels rundown. I also didn’t find the front desk person welcoming. They also charge you $30 for parking.
