As for my side it not good hotel for me to stay because it affect me to stay there Reason- I have allergies with smoke ash/smell so when I entered in the hotel the full is whatever you go was feeling smoking smell and even got high flue because the smeliing of smoke was everywhere. Inshort I didn't get even chance to sleep and I check out before my time . Full hotel cover with mart/carpet and window can't not be open at least to get fresh air ,the circulating of inside air was affect me too much and I won't forget this hotel

No Fridge in the premium room ,,they charge for complimentary items like ice cube .No visitors allowed.Staffs are very rude ,they don't bother about service ,poor hospitality.Worst hotel as per the price they charge ,never going to visit this hotel again.

Reception staff were not professional and had strang and rude relations with each other. If you want to sleep early at the night, the Indian night club will disturb you alot. Everything else was good.

Had to wait for more than 30 min...to get the room allotted...I stayed in 216.....room was foul smelling..can see stains on the carpet...even the toilet, towels were stinking...shower fittings, you touch ... On top of it I had to co inhabit with cock roaches and other insects... The positive thing is the staff...no matter it is reception, or room service, or concierge....they just smile politely...and smile humbly...and smile graciously.....till you get irritated...because nothing gets done.... I feel really pained to see a nice hotel, till a few years ago, gotten so low and down..
