Everything was very pleasant and the weather was lucky.
Family of 4(2 adult and 2 children) checked in but it was only for 2 of all in the room, towels, beds and kitchen items. It was nothing to clean kitchen items with. It was very little of kitchen tools and pots, so could not even do a small normal dinner. So it was eating microwave food or outside. Neighbor block are under renovating, so it's dusty and not clean around the hotel. It was legal to smoke in the corridor in each floor of the hotel, so we could smell it in the room. We did see some small bugs on the kitchen bench in the morning. Be aware of the lift door, it closes the door very soon after the door have been open and therefore our children was squeezed between the door. The pool is on the roof and with more than 2 meters wall, so it was very safe to be there with children. Nice and polite staff.
Long time to check-in, unnecessary check of the room upon check out, rundown property considering 5 star, all the facilities are dated to at least 2000.
There was no outlet on the room and noise
The place is definitely good value for money. Decent location, relative to downtown, though the area is a bit gormless. Room was clean and large. Hot water was usually tepid, warm enough to take a shower, but not strictly hot. We were there for two nights and for the price we paid it was a decent base to see a few of the sites. Restaurant was very so so. We ended up eating most meals at sajway nearby.
