Stayed here for almost three months due to work and leisure. Location is good with many restaurants around and a Lulu grocery nearby. This hotel is around 2 kms only from the nearest mall (Al Wahda Mall). The room is big with amenities for cooking and laundry. It was cleaned everyday. Staffs were very helpful and polite, especially Ms. Zyra in the front desk. Everytime I had a request regarding my room, she is always ready to help with a smile. This company is lucky to have a great employee like her. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything and everyone were on point. We booked three rooms and my friends and I left happily.

The reception staff were quite rude, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. The basement parking is managed by a third party, and the people there also displayed very unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. Overall, not a good experience . I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am disappointed with this hotel’s handling of our situation. Due to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, travel plans have become unpredictable and, in many cases, unsafe. Despite clearly explaining these circumstances, the hotel showed no flexibility or consideration when I requested to rebook my stay. It’s frustrating that in times like these—when global events are beyond anyone’s control—some businesses still choose to prioritize strict policies over basic understanding and customer care. A little compassion and willingness to accommodate would have gone a long way.
