I actually enjoy my stay here. As it is half an hour drive to Grampians National Park. Plus being on the plains and in the market, it Is accessible to nearby cafe and bars. This is a perk. Basically I always look for cleanliness, I would definitely rate 4 star maintained well. The only problem was the mosquitoes in my room. If you carry repellent then definitely this will not cause any issues. Otherwise, calm and comfortable stay. Staff greeted me well and bonus you can park your car in front of your room as the parking is made in such a way. Thank you team for my comfortable stay.

25.09.27We had a nice stopover at Botanicals it was very clean and comfortable for our family. Location was great close to food and shops and the beautiful historic botanical garden is just across the road. Also convenient washer and dryer available for guests 😀
