26.02.15The property itself is beautiful, large with many restaurants and amazing and diverse facilities. Especially for Dubai a green natural environment, a nice clean beach and much to do, especially for kids and even baby’s. There is however some room for improvement. The first room we got was disappointing. The view had a partial seaview which was good, but the water pressure was low without actual hot water and by the time we left (day 2) no water at all. The room wasn’t very light and the balcony never had any sun. At the back of the apartment block there was a generator and the sound penetrated the room all day long. We complained from the first minute, only to be put in a different room after 2 night because it was fully booked. The second room has water pressure, but a bad stanch in the hall: the balcony however offers a view on a little garden with peacocks jumping around which our baby loves. The staff tries to help, but most of the times clear communication seems impossible. A pickup in 2 minutes is always 5 to 10 minutes (walking is faster), the baggage service is sometimes slow or forgotten and the day of the room change was completely waisted because the reception couldn’t explain to us there current guests had a late checkout and the change resulted in a 3 hours delay. The private car we took to the mall was charged at €55 one way and the driver took a wrong route, which resulted in a late dinner and missing the shuttle (which only goes there and back 3 times a day and until 21:00pm) so all in all a very expensive dinner with a long commute. The cleaners I cannot fault, they’re great, reliable and kind. Restaurant staffing in some restaurants (sports bar) is either very friendly or (some others) careless and slow, after 25 minute we got a drink and none during or after dinner. Good for savings. The breakfast at the buffet is delicious and varied. Again friendly staff, but after they pick up a napkin or cutlery and kindly take it, we want a replacement.. Food outside the premises is forbidden but when we tried to make reservations at the restaurants on premises, they were fully booked the entire weekend. It’s a wonderful place to be and relax, and fantastic for kids, but definitely room for improvement for the staff
25.11.27 I had a great time there. we really enjoyed there. the people on reception are very pleasant and Great Mash Allah. all the drivers and everyone were also Great. but the staff which is on the gaming are were pathetic with very rude behaviour. else everything was great and it was one of the best hotel stay for us no doubt. you feel like you are out of the world. very pleasant feel. and very peace
