The proximity to the train station was plus point for me, since I missed my connecting train in Kassel. But there's no A/C in the room (I looked for it because Intercity Nürnberg has A/C), so I opened the windows to get some air and the noise from the bus and tram was quite disturbing. But if I closed the window, the room got too stuffy. The hotel only provided 250ml free water, which was not enough during summer.

Very good location, if you are arriving Kassel by train and just want to visit the park
