Hotel's internal design is impressive. The room was so so. Breakfast was great!

This hotel is outstanding,been 3 times now in the last year. Can’t fault anything,drinks are also so cheap here.

Very nice hotel.

Great location, Clean rooms, Silent rooms, Nice view to ocean, Smooth check in / check out, Nice pools, Good Gym. You need to know that this is a big hotel, we were there during off season (Hotel was not fully booked), considering these facts: - Car parking is not free, Maybe it was my mistake to not check in advance, but not a big issue, just good to know. - We had to wait for elevators all the time, They really need more elevators, but I assume it would not be possible to fix it. This may not be an issue if you are relaxed and have plenty of time. - At first glance buffet breakfast and dinner looks great, but it is more about quantity rather than quality, Breakfast is just very good in general, but dinner was not. I would describe issues as: 1. long queues 2. Really bad coffee and tea 3. I became curious about cleanness by accident, I randomly checked several dishes, most of them were not properly washed, they literally have some issues with their dish washers. 4. I care a lot about cleanness, take this comment as a personal preference not a general one, staff clean the desks and put cutleries on desk without changing gloves or washing hands, they pick dirty dishes, clean every where quickly and reorganize desks altogether, a 4 star hotel is supposed to be more professional. 4. Dinner issue might be a personal preference and not a real general issue, but if you are looking for a peaceful dinner and complete meal with no extra effort, you cannot find it, drink is not included, a lot of different medium quality food is available, some people love it, some do not. - Spa was closed, we have been in a tour, and it was a ironic coincidence almost all hotels told us the Spa is being repaired and is not available, consider the off-season timing, I assume it was just an excuse to lower the operation-cost of hotel when hotel is not fully booked, but I have no evidence for that, just a speculation or a really bad luck.
