We made an arrangement and booked for a double bed and a sofa bed and that's not what we received we received two twin beds and a sofa bed . The place was booked up and they told us that they could not change it to something different we tried to contact Agoda and it said to contact us later that we have too many people trying to contact us at this moment. We still have not been able to contact Agoda and we would like to request for our money to be refunded or for a credit because we had to push two beds together and turn the mattresses in the opposite directions so that my husband and I could sleep in the same bed when it was actually too big and we kept falling in the hole of the two mattresses. This was our first anniversary and it was really a let down for us. Be careful when you book with Agoda because you might not get what you requested what they tell you or what you paid for.

I booked a one bedroom unit for 4. It was the cheapest since it was a long holiday. Location is few km away from the city centre and the other side of the highway. Parking is free but not enclosed. The downside is the cards to the doors cannot work and I had to visit the reception 3 times until she gave us a Mastercard for use. The other issue is we need to take the trash out upon checkout.

The room condition and facilities are outdated and require renovation, and there are no amenities nearby.
