The room itself had no particular problems. There was hot water, and I could use the bathtub, which was nice. The only issue was that from around 5:15 in the morning, an announcement for prayer is broadcast throughout the town.

Go to the rooftop pool and bar for sundowners and views of the Nile, Luxor Temple and on the opposite bank the Valley of the Kings. Great staff and welcoming Manager let us check in early. Our room was dated but clean with a good bed and hot strong shower. Perfect for value and location. Breakfast starts at 5 which is fantastic for early tours. It's a decent buffet with omelet station and fresh dates.

I typically eat everywhere but a hotel. However, Emilio Hotel's rooftop view of Luxor Temple at sunset was always mesmerizing. The staff also was ready to share tips and can even arrange outings. Overall, the staff was always outstanding. In the mornings, I was always greeted with a welcomed smile at breakfast. It is walking distance to the market and Luxor Temple. Karnak is much further and was a challenge to walk during hot days. Although as mentioned, the sunset views made it an easy choice for my meals. The lamb was delicious as was all my meals there. There were lots of foreigners staying here as a part of their tour group. Every morning, there would be two or three tour busses waiting.

호텔에서 결제 하기로 밖에 선택이 안되었던 것 같고 막상 호텔가서 결제하려 하니 카드기계 고장나서 캐쉬만 된다고 함. 계속 달러로만 결제 유도를 하고 잔돈은 없다고 해서 파운드를 atm에서 출금해서 지불하려고 직원한테 파운드는 얼만지 확인하고 출금해옴. 그런데 그 이후 다른직원이 파운드를 더 높은가격으로 얘기함. 그래서 지불함.. 그리고 객실까지 따라오는 벨멘? 은 객실 안내하고 나가면 될 것을 안나감.. 팁 줄때까지.. 호텔인데 어메니티 없음. 3성이라고 표기하는게 맞나싶음. 아 어메니티 비누 작은거 한개있음. 복도 하우스키퍼들 엄청 시끄러움. 냉장고? 코드 뽑혀있음. 기본 물 제공? 없음. 프론트 직원? 친절? 별로.. 체크아웃 할 때 나이 많으신분은 착했는데 그 외는 .. 진짜 백수십번 해외 호텔을 이용해보았지만 이런 후기 처음남겨봄..
