Would recommend - amazing atmosphere

Let's start with the very good. The food and staff in Pablo's. A lovely beach with beautiful clear water. Nice gardens. Larg comfortable rooms. But the place is still being built and it's noisy. The music is turned up loud to mask the noise of the construction. The animators mugging for business in the spa are a bit annoying. As with all all inclusive resorts, most of the staff just going through the motions because they know they're not going to get tips. All in all not bad and worth the low price but I wouldn't rush back. Oh, lots of Russians.

I recently stayed at Pyramisa Resort Hurghada and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I had booked and paid for a Superior Sea View room in advance, but on the first night I was given a standard room with no view. On the next day they moved me to a partial sea view room, which still did not match what I paid for. To make matters worse, the room they gave us had water leaking on the floor and a drainage issue in the bathroom. It was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for a resort of this category. When I requested to be moved to the correct room type I originally booked, the staff simply said “no room available.” My question is: If there are no rooms available, then why do they accept bookings for them? When I asked for a refund for the difference, they again said no, without any apology or attempt to offer a solution. The lack of customer service, responsibility, and basic hospitality was truly disappointing. I did not receive the value I paid for, and this experience left a very negative impression.
