自在舒服，吃喝玩乐自由自在。

Long Beach Resort left much to desire. The organization and attention to detail was missing from the start. It was all inclusive but generally in most bars only until 19.00, then you have to pay. Never been to an all inclusive where you have to pay after a certain time and definitely not so early. There is one bar that closes at midnight, but after midnight there is nothing. The entertainment was principally non-existent and very low quality. There was Karaoke one night but for max 1 hour then everything shuts down. The facilities were all sub-standard and although we had the best room in the resort the air-conditioning was not working properly so it was continuously 26-27 degrees in our room. Coming from Scandinavia it is not comfortable to sleep at that temperature. We complained 2 times about 2 different issues, but did not really get anywhere and there was simply no follow up at all. All in all I would not recommend it and will not be going back. There was also many other things I could have pointed out that are really bad but I have already written and essay.

Enjoyed meals in adult-only Al Dente restaurant. Nine pools! Hotel a bit spread out but small buses continually do the rounds if you don't want to walk

The hotel, staff, food and everything was more than perfect.
