This hotel is in the best location staff and pool very good

I’ve had an amazing stay, the stuff accommodated all my needs. The location was within walking distance to the port. I highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it benefits from a fantastic location and genuinely friendly staff, the overall experience was disappointing. The property itself feels very tired and in clear need of investment. On arrival in my room, the door arch was visibly damaged and hanging off, which immediately gave a poor impression. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve much from there. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with hairs left in the bath, and the towels provided were old and worn. One of the most disappointing aspects was the beachside area. What was once a restaurant and beach bar is now completely closed off and appears derelict, with old furniture, security tape, weeds, and rubbish. It’s evident that this area has not been maintained at all, which is a real shame given the hotel’s prime setting. Breakfast is served in the bar area, with seating spilling into reception, creating a somewhat awkward and uninviting atmosphere. The selection itself is very basic and doesn’t reflect the standards you would expect. Overall, I would not consider this a 5-star hotel as advertised—it's closer to a very basic 3-star experience. It’s clear that this property was once a standout destination, but in its current state, it falls far short of that reputation. A real shame, as with some care and investment, this hotel could be something special again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights after the Easter weekend, so was low season really, no restaurants open or much going on. Nice rooms, comfy beds, a bit dated, needs updating for a five star, but was very clean. Great location, seafront, and 15 minutes walk into Puerto Banus.

I stand by everything I said above, but inside of the rooms were a bit stale, and old. The safe was operated by an actual credit card ( free but you had to use a credit card to operate. The bathroom definitely need attention, but it was very clean. The staff were A1, as was the hotel's location for our purposes on this trip.
