26.02.04THIS IS NOT A HOTEL first of all. Incredible that I never received a direct message or was advised that in order to get into the building (which is advertised as a HOTEL but are apartments) I had to complete an online registration. The name of the Hotel wasn't even Trafalgar; arrived at 6:30 am and no one there to open the main door for me, freezing cold; luckily after half hour I called a number displaced at the door and they remotely gave me a code to go in. but still never explained I had to do an online checking. Waited for another hour and a half until finally through whatsapp they answered and explained the online checking. Also, nver advised they won't clean the apartment or room for you after 7 days. Never advised or never even asked if i needed toilet paper. Very disappointed, much better options. The apartment wasn't bad I have to confess but red flag for all the above mentioned.
