26.02.04Specifically stayed here to be near the Pasteur Institute but had no trouble getting around Paris with the metro. Loved the bar and the bakery across the road. The staff were super friendly. The room was small but nice, and totally adequate for our needs

1ST Problem, when we arrived is the receptionist is not responsible even to entertain or accomodate us..
SHe's flirting with a guy who is like interested to HER, then i know what their talking about, is not important think its about FLIRTING! then im there in front of them jsut to show up that im waiting but the RECETIONIST GIRL is like nothing came from outside, nothing client that arrived. that's embarrasing or DISRESPECT TO CLIENTS!
I'm a receptionist too. i know how to handle and how to entertain the CLient who arrived in our HOTEL..
I ASK HER EVEN HOW MANY STAR IS THEIR HOTEL? SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW.. naaaaah!
2. better the 2nd receptionist the guy. he did wellwhat he's job.
i ask both of them to talk the MANAGER, so that i can report what their collegues did or performance in the clients.. the 2nd receptionist he say the manager will be there tommorning. so before i check out, i saw the guy 3rd guy maybe the manager. from algeria,.
asking whats the name, when or how long their working as a receptionist.
im asking even the manager, he speak soemthing else, they dont want to answer what their name,how long they been in their job etc. when i say i am a receptionist even in ITALY, THEY CHANGE. i said i know how to accomodate or entertaitn the clients upon arrival. etc.etc,
then the manager he explaine, the 1st the girl is only NEW, and not speak English very well etc etc the 2nd receptionist is 6months, but he's good. and i explain to manager that. the reason why i asking coz the name i will mention, and how long they been working as a receptionist in the HOTEL coz, in the action or performance clients will recognize from their ACTION AND PERFORMANCE TO CLIENT.. HOW THEY SERVE TO CLIENTS..
3.even the TAXES. what has in agoda taxe that i need to pay is 9.75EURO but the receptions girl she says 16.59euro WITHOUT RECEIPT! i received only when the manager ive talked...
they said 5euro per each. but, i doubt. coz ive book in the 2nd hotel 10mins far away from their hotel cactus,. the room and taxes is 9.75euro also. i paid only 9.75euro, NOT LIKE THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL PAY MORE THAN what in the agoda receipt. THAT'S NOT GOOD.
you pay more taxes in this HOTEL.

1.the tissue in the toilet, not NEW. it's 2pcs USED.
2.the floor is ugly and not clean,
3. the tiles of the SHower.,., not clean and ugly to see..

*they take more taxes MORE THAN IN the RECEIPT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY,. (while in other hotel, what is in the receipt and how much do you need pay at the property at that time. THAT'S what you need to pay.
(room price and taxes fee = tax that you pay at the propert when u arrived.) that's what you need to pay..
