Staff was friendly and the location is convenient: near metro, bus stop and a large supermarket.

This hotel has a very good location, very close to Avenida de America interchange station and within walking distance to all the nice restaurants in Salamanca and Chamberi. however the room is very basic and did not have many amenties - not even an electric kettlebell, not to mention a nespresso machine or smth similar. unfortunately although i understand the care for the environment i would really like to receive a pair of slippers or some basic toiletries in the room when i book a 4 stars hotel. the room needs some refurbishment since the floors are very scratched, the sink was also scratched, the doors looked bad. but it was very clean. So if you need a room just to rest for the night in a good area of Madrid, it has a good price-quality ratio.

Nice hotel with very central location . Staff and front desk is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but bathroom is very spacious, nice, clean and modern. The breakfast was not included but I paid extra and it was worth it! So much good stuff and there was wine!

Walking distance to metro and bus stations. Calle Serrano is walkable, there are good restaurants nearby. Staff were accommodating, as I stayed here for almost 2 weeks, my only feedback is the breakfast buffet serves the same food daily :)

Admits pets is the best at this hotel but 25 euros per day was a robbery. Be carefaul about airport transfer. Do not exist that thing.
