24.09.07 Spanish star’s qualification is very different to international. This 4 stars hotel is probably a 2 stars elsewhere.
Spacious room, great location and friendly staff. Then too many damage marks in floors and ceiling, and scale in shower. No courtesy water.. in a nutshell, not a 4stars hotel
24.08.14 The staff was nice and we even had a welcome drink. Otherwise the room was small and bed was uncomfortable. The only parking there was, was on the street if you got lucky, the hotel doesn’t have parking. Which is why we got this hotel!
24.06.28 We got a upgrade, the room is fantastic . Really enjoy the balcony and the 3rd floor pool view, and it is spacious and clean..The reception staff and spa staff are very helpful and patient. But what make us disappointed is that the breakfast reception male staff and omelette cooking staff are very rude. Their tone and impolite attitude let me feel uncomfortable. The location is a bit far away from city center, but parking is pretty convenient. And it is 10 min walking away from the beach. Overall score 9 out of 10 for me, recommend for someone who has a car.
24.06.28 We spent 2 nights in Eix Alcudia, everything was perfect. It has a very good bar and pool area, quiet and clean. For those who are coming by car, there is a huge parking slot in front of the hotel for free.
