25.12.09The lady at the reception was not in a good mood when we checked in yesterday evening.
She was unfriendly and just threw my ID card and bank card back at me and looked at me with an evil look.
When I asked if she had a problem, she probably realized that she had gone a bit too far and then she "smiled" and said yes everything was fine.
We have been to this hotel a lot in the past 5 years and the service has always been very good, but this time I was left with a very bad feeling.
