We loved the location of this hotel and they also had a pool party during our stay. The beds weren’t as comfy and the second bedroom could have been bigger but the pool area and vibes made up for the rooms. Chose the Seaview room and it was worth it for the view

I had the worst stay at this hotel! When we arrived are room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was hairs in our sink and bath. I don’t front desk straight away but didn’t have time for them to do anything then and said they would clean the next day. The next day came and no cleaners cleaned. I complained on multiple occasions for them to then tell me they only clean and change your sheets every 4 DAYS? Then their excuse for our hotel not being properly cleaned when we arrived was a “national cleaning strike”??? It was absolutely insanity. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with the service and unclean environment we had to stay in. Avoid this hotel at all costs, the staff are rude and don’t care about helping any issues that arise and are completely defences and unprofessional.

The hotel is slightly dated but very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Downstairs by the pull is not great as there's not a lot of areas under the shadow. Considering the hot weather it is difficult to stay for long. The clothes cleaning service is a bit doggy. You can only pay by cash which is annoying. Getting a taxi is a nightmare in Ibiza. Better to rent a car. I had an incident where the receptionist called for a taxi and when it arrived the girl declined to open the door to me and preferred to open her door to her copatriots from Italy. Who were not even staying at the hotel. I found this very unprofessional and it affects the hotel review as moving in and out of the hotel is important.
