I saw comments on tripadvisor and they were not wrong! If you do not get to breakfast @ 8am and dinner @ 7pm, you will be waiting to even be seated.... and then again to get your buffet style food

About 25 minutes walk to the San Antonio centre/strip Around 15 minutes with the bus which is 5 minutes away Around 1hr to Ibiza town (this can be problematic if you plan visiting clubs like Hi Ibiza etc) although there is disco bus for 5 euro Half board / all inclusive packages are really good, you won’t really need to get meals elsewhere Facilities are great, including public showers to get ready before the flight Staff are very helpful Overall would recommend if you’re happy to work around the location

Very ugly City and surrounding. Hotel was basic but ok. Food had a good selection but not quality. Very friendly staff. Good for a Night.

The design of the rooms are old fashioned and the beds are not convenient- when we booked we booked for a sea veiw and we did not get that - alcohol is very weak and cheap - i would give for the cleaning 2/5 - overall not a good experience at all

I paid for all inclusive which is the email I received and they said I only paid for half board. They told me to contact Agoda, I did do 2 weeks ago and I had no reply, the holiday has finished, still no reply, no all inclusive.
