26.04.28I paid for a room but I was told by the arrogant woman that came out of the front door yelling at me at me that no bicycles were allowed. No luggage storage and no help.
I stay in about 350 hotels a year
This has only happened once because in over 1000 hotels.
I lost my money to these SCAM ARTISTS! 😡

26.05.14Firstly staff rude on arrival. Mattresses of bed smelt damp. Spoke to staff but they claimed they couldn't smell it. At one point another person came into our room with the key for there room. Shower was constantly ice cold nothing we did could alter it. Everytime we flushed the toilet it backed up floating with out with out paper in. Ive stayed in may a hotel around the world and I have never been so disappointed and unhappy with accommodation. We ended up moving hotels and where then refused a refund.
