No boxed tissue is provided, but only a few in a paper bag every day. I'd also expect to have an iron and an iron board in the room, and not to request one when needed. I'd also expect the spa to be free as in many other hotels on similar scales, not to be charged at 50 euros.

26.01.17 Wow - what a building to start with. Stunning room beautifully designed. The whole hotel had a feeling of peacefulness. Lovely staff. The breakfast was delicious. Not the cheapest option - but well worth what I paid
25.09.17 기차역에서 멀을것 같아서 걱정했는데 넘 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 97년된 숙소이나 안에는 현대식으로 너무나 깨끗하고 주위환경 또한 좋습니다. 알칼라 데 헤나네스 자체가 볼것이 많은 동네라 기차역을 왔다갔다 하면서 중세의 건물들을 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
25.09.04 The hotel, the staff and the location were superb. We really enjoyed our stay with our 1-year old kid, who got a very nice crib free of charge
