lovely big clean comfortable room but needed some curtains to block out the morning light at 0630. Also requested toilet paper several time still awaiting - had to take some from public toilets. Tea/coffee facilities provided in rooms but was told milk is not provided due to NESEXPRESSO machines in rooms - I don’t drink black coffee then they gave a German couple the same room key card as myself and they walked in on me naked after being in the shower. No proper apology given. Customer service needs to be improved then a good hotel will become a great hotel. Had to wait 3 hours for my room on arrival as well even though I arrived after 1400 hrs. Once again no direct apology. I moved hotels four days later to a village hotel where I was made so welcome and my needs were all catered before. Maybe they need to take a leaf out of these little family hotels
