very bad hotel

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would like to give special appreciation to Ms. Mona, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was professional, very supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The location not convenient as all, there are traffic jams to get to hotel, not anything around, the front road so dirty too much trash. Simple breakfast with so many tourists at busy hours. Not enough servers to served. Staff was nice. Room is big.
