Stayed here during a quieter period while parts of the hotel were under renovation. The scale of the property is impressive - the lobby and entrance easily feel comparable to a five-star hotel, with lots of potential in terms of design and space. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, and I was kindly offered early check-in and late checkout without even asking, which made a big difference to my stay. While the hotel is currently not operating at full capacity, the service culture and physical infrastructure are already strong. With renovation and the right positioning, this property could easily become one of the standout hotels in the area. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and clear future potential.
