24.03.28Services are excellent the location is close to beach and city centre food is delicious it will be nice if they allow to take plated food from restaurant to rooms specifically if you have kids unfortunately not permitted

23.04.26 The hotel is around 5 mins taxi ride from the Medina (centre). It is located very close to shops and restaurants, and taxi's are very easy to come by. The room size/layout was OK (but the fridge and the bed were broken!). The restaurant food was average, with not a great deal to choose from (Apr 2023). Some catering staff (chefs) weren't bothered that food was running out, and continued talking to colleagues even after being asked to prepare more food, which I found to be very rude. Most staff, however were very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel 3 out of 5 (average).....but for the same money I would recommend El Mouradi Palm Marina (which is rated Tunisian 5 star)....its a 10 minute drive from Sousse, just past Port El Kantoui, on the outskirts of Hammam Sousse, and a beautiful, relaxing place to be (away from city life).
23.03.05 Nice hotel ,friendly staff and fast check-in process. Food is varied and delicious. Room was clean and nice decorated. Animations is very interesting. Highly recommended
