The room was decent and the sea view was really nice, which I enjoyed the most during my stay. However, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast experience needs improvement. The food quality was not good, There was no taste. and there were no labels on the dishes, so it was unclear whether the items were beef or pork. This is important information for many guests. Also, the breakfast area felt a bit unorganized. Overall, the sea view was the highlight, but the hotel should improve its air conditioning and breakfast service for a better guest experience.

Pictures lie about room . My name different to that on my passport.. got switched to singapoer on invoice! Why! Ac leaks water . Toilet leaks water all the time Very very noisey Watch itching through the night.. pictures decieve the true state of the building . Breakfast very poor standard . Not happy at all.. 3 guest arrived when we check in complaining and did not stay once they where shown rooms. Building not up to good standard. Feel like i have been misled . Want to have my money re imbursed and book somewhere elsefeel like this has started to ruin my holiday in jomtien . Also want to speak to someone at agoda
