Booking 3 kamar di hotel ini buat liburan keluarga. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan "convenient store" dan kalau ke mall bali galeria cuma hitungan menit aja. Kebetulan juga ambil yg include breakfast, tapi menurut kita cita rasanya masih kurang. Yang lebih sangat disayangkan kualitas air di property ini, untuk ketiga kamar semua airnya asin. Untuk cuaca bali yg panas, habis selesai jalan² pulang ke hotel mau mandi biar seger malah gak terasa fresh karena airnya asin. Dan untuk kasurnya, sprei dan sarung bantal banyak noda yg masih nempel. Sprei bagian lipatan bagian bawah kasur bnyak yg berjamur. Kamar dengan tipe Superior room memang lumayan luas banget untuk keluarga, semoga kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan untuk kebersihannya.

Poor facilities, bad smell, very dirty, not worth the price

This hotel claims to be a 5-star property, but it’s not even close to a 1-star standard. The rooms were full of cockroaches, smelled terrible, and the AC didn’t work at all. Everything felt dirty and poorly maintained. It completely ruined my holiday — I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel if you value your comfort and peace of mind. The management should be ashamed to call this a 5-star property.

Before invite any guests , please clean pool garden any facility.

The water in the room was off, it didn't meet the request for a single bed, it was dirty and the bathroom equipment was incomplete. no hot water for bathing or drinking
