Old and dated but still had a nice stay here, comfortable rooms and a decent brekky in morning

This hotel is about 45 years old. Honestly it is cheap with breakfast. I booked 2 rooms, 424 n 425, both are corner rooms right down to the end of the building. Stayed 2 nights, room wasn't even clean after I returned in the late afternoon. Air con was cold, pillow was OK but extra pillow in closet was with very old yellowish pillow case. Why I wanted to stay here cos I stayed here some 30 years ago.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. The finishes are nice but a little dated. The breakfast was pretty good; buffet style with a few options including coffee and tea. It was too bad to not have received a double bed (was given two singles) when there were only a few guests in the entire hotel. The elevator didn’t work at first; the doors opened and closed several times before working. Overall, we were happy to stay there. Will probably look forward another hotel next time.
